Breaking News: Donald Trump Twitter Account Permanently Banned / Suspended

Breaking — this is breaking news and more information will be added as it becomes available. As of 6:29pm ET, the official personal account of outgoing President Trump (https://twitter.com/realdonaldtrump — link) appears inaccessible, with the following message shown:

Banned!

Before the ban, Trump was followed by more than 88 million users on Twitter.

This follows a temporary 12 hour suspension from Twitter, and a suspension until at least after he leaves the White House from Facebook.
