FULCRUM MAILBAG: I Had The Coronavirus, And It Was Terrible
In our most recent FULCRUM podcast update, we tossed some needed cold water on the global Summer 2020 Coronavirus Hysteria that has broken out — nearly six months after widespread media accounts of the coronavirus pandemic first began. The pandemic is mild so far compared to prior historical pandemics, such as the Spanish Flu outbreak of 1918-1919.
Still, some disagree with us, and as a Real News organization with integrity and respect for the readership… here’s what one of you, Marion, wrote us:
I have to disagree with your opinion about the virus. I am a Certified Medical Assistant. I made a 4.0 GPA. I caught a mild case this past spring. It’s not like the flu. It’s much worse. It felt like thousands of needles were going into my chest. This type of virus is new. It’s in the SARS - MERS - HIV category.
Full recovery took about a month, and apparently a Zinc supplement was taken regularly at the outset — this reader believes things may have ended up much worse if not for that early introduction of Zinc.
