I wouldn’t have known about this amazing one minute commercial spot starring A-list actor, and cryptocurrency aficionado apparently, Matt Damon, if not for an article saying people don’t like the commercial. (By the way, the crypto community could not have scored a better spokesperson — how far this whole thing has come from the days of total unknowns on Fox Business Network and CNBC being the best our community could hope for as advocates.)
I personally like Gemini more, but Crypto.com has the marketing chops between buying rights to the Staples Center in Los Angeles — now renamed the Crypto.com Arena — and this Matt Damon commercial… very impressed.
So, thanks I guess to the mainstream media for maligning the commercial as unpopular when it appears anything but (nearing 9 million views just on Twitter), because it’s one of the better fintech commercials I’ve ever watched… would not have known, if blue check mark journalists had not been so triggered by the minute long ad.

This year’s Super Bowl should be replaced with a movie length version of whatever the hell this glorious high-end shill fest starring Damon is — have the crypto community crowdfund it. I’d watch it.
