Significant Internet Outages / 'Service is down' Notices in US, India, Europe - 7.26.2021

The cyber defense disruption war games from the WEF and others apparently continue… as data retrieved minutes ago show considerable downtime and access issues hitting the United States on Monday, July 26, 2021 — with parts of Europe and India getting hit badly also.

Hey, simple question, folks: why are billionaires in Switzerland and D.C. carrying out “war games” that knock out Internet for millions of us, anyway? What public good does that serve? Seems kind of like harassment at a minimum, and like technological terrorism when you consider all the incomes, job training, travel, etc. disrupted by this completely senseless show of muscle.
