Luxembourg Legalizes Cannabis

DEVELOPING STORY — Luxembourg, an EU member nation, is reportedly set to allow growing cannabis and consumption for personal use. Italy earlier in the year signaled an intent to allow growing as well, up to 4 plants per residence in the Italy home growing plan laid out.
