Attorney General William Barr Resigns, Leaving Trump In A Bind

Well, that's awkward. Attorney General William Barr, who has gone the last two years without really pursuing or charging any of the so-called "deepstate" conspirators the President spends a considerable chunk of time on Twitter discussing, just released a letter announcing his resignation.

He'll be out by December 23rd, leaving Trump in the final month of his Presidency without his long-time AG at his side.

Coming just hours after Joe Biden's electoral win was finalized, Barr's resignation is more bitter fruit to "trust the plan" reality-denying livestreamers who were hoping to spin a few more hopeful tales about how Barr maybe plans to arrest all the deepstate members, announce a re-do of the election, arrest Hillary Clinton, and so on and so forth.

Oh no - these live-streamers won't be getting my click any time soon, that's for sure. I find Amazon Prime video and Netflix more welcome escapes from the horror of 300,000+ dead Americans, and a failing economy, all due to a disease that could have been kept out.

Donald J. Trump's first and only term in the White House drawing to a close, not with a bold finale, but with a resignation from his chief law enforcement officer, and still climbing COVID casualties around the country.
