SUPREME SWAMP JUSTICE: RUTH BADER SUPPORTS PEDOPHILIA?
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has a longtime history of controversial, far left wing rhetoric causing outrage in Constitutionalists, Conservatives and those with anti-federalist notions.
Most recently, she experienced backlash for claiming she supports changing the Electoral College; a system by which many Americans still value as a representation to Republic values. Trump supporters everywhere knew the statement was also a clear jab towards the President, as she has voiced her blatant bias against him on several occasions.
This past Sunday, after Qanon claims Ruth is not ‘Here to Stay,’ many issues have resurfaced; including previous works indicating her pro-pedophilia stance.
Ginsburg co authored Sex Bias in the U.S Code: A report of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. The book displayed far reaching progressive views on such things as sex integration of prisons, sports, and adopting an entirely sex-neutral language such as “person, human” instead of “man, woman.”
Additionally, it suggests using “they/them” instead of “he/she,” so perhaps we can attribute Justice Ginsburg’s work to the latest ‘non-binary’ phenomenon within Western civilization. The book goes so far as to attack “Mother’s Day” and “Father’s Day,” calling in to question their legality under the Constitution. (p.146)
The most appalling recommendation: reducing the age of sexual consent to 12 years old. On page 102, she recommends the laws relating to sexual abuse “Eliminate the phrase ‘carnal knowledge of any female, not his wife, who has not attained the age of 16 years” and instead substitute it with “A person is guilty of an offense if he engages in a sexual act with another person...(and) the other person is, in fact, less than 12 years old.”
Further, she declared the Mann Act as “offensive” and should be repealed. The Mann Act is a law which punishes persons who engage in interstate sex traffic of women and girls (98).
To summarize, Ginsburg not only suggests the law should permit 12 year old children to consent to sex, it should also prevent a felony punishment of those engaging in interstate sex trafficking.
Is it any surprise disgraced former President Bill Clinton nominated and appointed Ruth Bader Ginsburg? The same Bill Clinton has been caught numerous times on the flight logs to Jeffrey Epstein’s Pedophile Island?
Adding insult to injury, in a 2009 interview with the New York Times pertaining to Roe v. Wade, she states:
“Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of.”
Ginsburg’s subtle racism promoting eugenics against minority communities, makes it all the more baffling that Democratic and Progressive voters alike would view her as heroic. Perhaps the ideology of Cultural Marxism matters far more than its eventual outcome, in their distorted view. At the core, this widely celebrated Supreme Court Justice seems to not only support dehumanization by incessant use of “sex-neutral language,” but the depopulation of us all.
