Early footage coming out of today’s flash flooding in New York City… Just hours after authorities warned that intense local rainfall could lead to flash floods in Manhattan, just that occurred, with early social media reports showing whole streets and some subway terminals inundated with water as flooding broke out.
TikTok and Facebook were a frenzy of flash flood photos and video on Friday morning.
